USAticketpay – Terms of Service & Policies

1. Who We Are

 

 

USAticketpay (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides an online ticket payment assistance service. We help customers submit payments for parking, traffic, and related city tickets issued in U.S. cities through the official city or state payment portals.

 

We are not a court, government agency, collection agency, or law firm. We do not cancel, reduce, or dispute tickets. We simply process payments on your behalf.

 

 

 

 

2. Service Description

 

 

By using USAticketpay, you authorize us to:

 

  • Use the ticket information you provide.

  • Access the official payment portal for the relevant city or agency.

  • Submit a payment for your ticket using our payment method.

  • Charge you for:

     

    • the original ticket amount, and

    • a service fee for processing and convenience.

     

 

 

Once your payment is processed, we will send you confirmation (such as a screenshot, receipt, or confirmation number) showing that the ticket was paid, when available from the city/agency website.

 

 

 

 

3. Customer Responsibilities

 

 

When using our service, you agree that:

 

  1. All information you provide is accurate, including:

     

    • ticket or citation number

    • license plate number

    • issuing city and state

    • amount due

    • due date

     

  2. You will submit your ticket early enough for us to process it before the due date.

  3. You understand that any late fees, penalties, or towing/storage costs that occur before or after we process your payment are your responsibility.

  4. You understand that USAticketpay cannot guarantee removal of penalties, points, collections, or any future tickets.

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. Fees & Payments

 

 

When you pay through USAticketpay:

 

  • You are paying:

     

    1. The ticket amount due to the city or agency.

    2. Our service fee for handling the payment on your behalf.

     

 

 

All fees and totals will be clearly shown to you before you submit payment.

 

We currently accept payments through third-party processors such as PayPal and similar services. Your payment information is processed securely by these providers; we do not store your full card details.

 

 

 

 

 

5. Refund Policy

 

 

Because of the nature of our service:

 

  • Once you submit a payment to USAticketpay and we begin processing your ticket, all service fees are non-refundable.

  • If we have already submitted the payment to the city or agency, the ticket payment itself cannot be reversed, and we cannot issue a refund for the ticket amount.

  • If you provide incorrect ticket information (wrong citation number, plate, city, or amount), we are not responsible for any resulting issues, additional tickets, or extra charges.

 

 

If we are unable to process your ticket for reasons on our side (for example, a system error before any city payment is made), we may issue a refund or partial refund at our discretion.

 

 

 

 

 

6. Processing Time

 

 

We aim to process tickets as quickly as possible during our posted business hours. Processing time can vary depending on:

 

  • the city or agency’s website

  • system outages or maintenance

  • payment portal issues

  • time of day and volume of requests

 

 

You are responsible for submitting your ticket early enough for us to process it before the due date. We are not responsible for late fees that occur because a ticket was submitted too close to its deadline.

 

 

 

 

 

7. No Legal or Financial Advice

 

 

USAticketpay does not provide:

 

  • legal advice

  • recommendations on whether to pay or contest a ticket

  • guarantees regarding points, insurance rates, collections, or penalties

 

 

We only help you pay a ticket you have chosen to pay.

For legal advice, you should contact an attorney or the relevant court or agency.

 

 

 

 

 

8. Limitation of Liability

 

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

 

  • USAticketpay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to late fees, towing or storage costs, extra penalties, or losses resulting from incorrect information you provide.

 

 

Our total liability, if any, for any claim related to a specific ticket will be limited to the amount of service fees you paid to us for that ticket.

 

 

 

 

 

 

9. Privacy & Data

 

 

We collect the information necessary to process your ticket and payment, such as:

 

  • your name and contact information

  • ticket details (citation number, plate, city, amount, due date)

  • limited payment information (processed securely by third-party providers like PayPal)

 

 

We use this information only to provide our services, communicate with you, and maintain necessary records. We do not sell your personal information.

 

 

 

 

10. Changes to These Terms

 

 

We may update these Terms of Service & Policies from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of USAticketpay after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
